Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to be licensed as a referee.

How to apply for a license

Send us all of the following:

• A completed Professional Athletics License Application
• Training Certification, see RCW 67.08.100(3)
• A Cover Letter and Certification of Physical
• A photo of yourself
• The fee
