Change your business address

To change a physical location address

You may need to file a new Master Business Application to change the physical address of a business. Please call Master License Service at (360) 664-1400, to have a customer service specialist review your account and determine if you need to file a new Master Business Application.

If you don’t need to file a new Master Business Application, you may change the physical address of your business by doing ONE of the following:

  • File your changes online by completing the Department of Revenue “Update my business account” website.
  • Email us at mls@dol.wa.gov.
  • Fax or mail the Adobe PDF IconBusiness Information Change Form to the Master License Service at the address below.
  • Fax or mail a letter requesting to change your physical location address to the Master License Service at the address below. Be sure to note your Unified Business Identifier number (UBI) and the old location address, and sign and date your request.

Your information will be shared, if applicable, with the Department of Licensing, Employment Security Department, and Department of Labor and Industries.

To change a mailing address

To change your mailing address you must do ONE of the following:

  • File your changes online by completing the Department of Revenue “Update my business account” website.
  • Email us at mls@dol.wa.gov.
  • Fax or mail the Adobe PDF IconBusiness Information Change Form to the Master License Service at the address below.
  • Fax or mail a letter requesting to change your mailing address to the Master License Service at the address below. Be sure to note your Unified Business Identifier number (UBI) and the old mailing address, and sign and date your request.

To change a registered agent’s address

To make changes to a registered agent’s address, you must file a completed Adobe PDF iconStatement of Change for Registered Agent or Office with the Office of the Secretary of State.
